Clinical Study of Mycotic Aneurysm

Abstract
|
|
|
The mycotic aneurysm of the femoral artery were reported in riew of it´s varity and obscure origin. We were recored 3 cases, mycotic aneurysm from 1965 to 1970.
Two cases had valvular heart diseases, one had aortic insufficiency and the other had mitral insufficiency. One case hadn´t any heart Disease The aneurysm were identified with femoral arteriography. Aneurysmectomy with primary suture was performed on 1 case, and proximal distal ligation and by-pass graft by Dacron were performed in 2 cases. Literature regarding with mycotic aneurysm of femoral artery were reviewed.
